LASTING IMPRESSION

“The Four Seasons Resort is the backbone of the Nevis economy, employing roughly 10 per cent of the island’s population and generating about 25% of its GDP. So it has been a privilege to be involved in making it such a success. The hotel comprises roughly 200 cottage-style buildings, and we poured our hearts into the reconstruction work required after two devastating hurricanes. One of those rebuilds involved us bringing in around 1,500 workers to Nevis, for whom we had to create housing facilities. The work involved a massive operation to rebuild the beach and protective dune and the installation of huge storm water pumps.”
