This is where we impart our expert construction knowledge and set the foundations for the project: the schedule; the costs; the durability of the materials being considered; the overall constructability.
Ideally, we would engage one of our own acclaimed architects but we are perfectly happy to work alongside and architect and design team of our client’s choosing. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
The advantage of using one of our architects is that the project can proceed on a turnkey basis, with Venture Out being the conductor of the entire orchestra of luxury home-building professionals under our baton.

We work with some of the finest and most coveted building and decorative materials on this bountiful planet of ours, carved and fashioned into shape by craftsman and women of the highest calibre.
Such beauty deserves to be appreciated up close and personal rather than ordered via a brochure, which is why we offer privileged access to quarries, mills and workshops – a shopping trip like no other.

Foreign governments have different rules and tax regimes which impacts what materials you can import and export. We factor all of this knowledge into our building operation. And being a specialist in the Caribbean, we have a great deal of experience managing around the hurricane season and can advise on the insurances clients need to have in place.
Ongoing care and maintenance
No-one knows the inner workings of the extraordinary homes we build better than us, so it makes perfect sense for us to maintain the estate once the keys have been handed over. We offer an ongoing care and maintenance service that takes the stress away from the more mundane aspects of home ownership: keeping the pool looking fabulous; making sure those exotic plants thrive; attending to mechanical or technical issues and overseeing servicing commitments. We will even pay the utility bills as they land.
